We currently ship within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Provider
All orders are fulfilled and delivered by Aramex, a trusted third-party courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled entirely by Aramex and is subject to their terms and conditions.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location within South Africa:
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
- Outlying areas and rural locations: 4–7 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Aramex tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on the Aramex website at www.aramex.com.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Aramex will follow their standard re-delivery procedure. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. Kitsune is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.
